Attendance at Odalans (temple ceremonies) and cremations. The pakian adapt (proper clothing for temple attendance) are provided. You will find out how to attend temple rites, prepare offerings, and receive blessings in the Hindu temples of Bali.

Cleansing of the spirit
Cleansing of the spirit under the direction of a Pedanda (High Priest)
Nightly dance performances
Nightly dance performances, including trance fire dances, the Barong and popular dances of the Mahabharata and Ramayana epics.

About David
David Patten has many years of experience traveling and leading trips to sacred sites around the world. Trained as a linguist and philosopher, he speaks Indonesian fluently, and has intimate friendships with many people in Bali, which enables him to take travelers to places not normally available to other tourists. He is a lifelong follower of Druidic practices, is a teacher in the Nine Gates Mystery School and author of a forthcoming book: Travel as a Spiritual Practice.
Cost and Terms
Land cost of $2850 include lodging, two meals daily, all entrance, guide and airport fees, honoraria and tips, temple and ceremonial clothing, and all group activity transportation charges. Call for information on discount air fares.

Group size is limited to insure maximum comfort and ease, a size that is usually reached early in the offering. A deposit of $500 reserves your place and is refundable, minus $150 handling, until three months prior to the tour. (Payment plan is available)
